Brief Bio:

Dr. Joshua Kofi Doe is an accomplished academic and marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, brand management, and technology adoption. He holds a Ph.D. from the Open University of the Netherlands and has held leadership positions in academia, including Country Director of Malku Institute of Technology (2016 to 2020), and currently Head of the Marketing Department at the University of Media, Arts, and Communication (UniMAC).

Dr. Doe has an extensive research portfolio, with over 16 journal publications, 4 books chapters, , 4 books, and 6 international conference presentations. His expertise spans digital transformation, online consumer behavior, and strategic brand engagement, making him a valuable contributor to discussions on internet governance, digital policy, and the evolving digital economy in Ghana.

As the founding General Manager of Continent Tours in Ghana (2006 to 2012), Dr. Joshua Doe spearheaded the planning and implementation of all strategic decisions including digital marketing initiatives.

As a Board Member of the Ghana Internet Governance Forum (Ghana IGF), he brings insights into marketing in the digital space, online consumer protection, and data-driven decision-making, helping to shape policies that foster an inclusive and sustainable digital ecosystem.
