Brief Bio (100–150 words highlighting your background, expertise, and relevance to IGF goals): Felicia Anthonio is a digital rights advocate and expert, and the #KeepItOn Campaign Manager at Access Now, an international organization that defends and extends the digital rights of people and communities at risk. The #KeepItOn campaign is a global initiative that currently unites over 345 organizations aimed at ending internet shutdowns and advancing internet freedom for all. As the campaign manager, Felicia plays a crucial role in leading efforts to raise awareness, engaging with governments, international organizations, and the media, organizing advocacy campaigns, and collaborating with human rights groups and other stakeholders to ensure the free flow of information and the protection of online freedoms. She has authored and co-authored publications on  internet shutdowns featured on Access NowYale UniversityCIPESA and Bloomsbury Collections websites. Felicia hosted The Kill Switch podcast and was featured on The Shutdown documentary by BBC World Service. Felicia has spoken at various high-level conferences including RightsCon, the UN Internet Governance Forum, World Expression Forum, and Oslo Freedom Forum. She has been interviewed by several international media outlets and podcasts such as BBC, Al Jazeera, Bloomberg, Reuters, and The Guardian, where she highlights her work. She is an Advisory Council member of the US-based Open Technology Fund’s (OTF) and a board and programme committee member of the World Expression Forum (WEXFO), in Norway. She is a member of the Ghana Internet Governance Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Group.
